There are lessons in life That we have not learned Though we may think We know it all. But we find at the end Of the day my friend, There were potholes That caused us to fall. But we pick ourselves up And we brush off the dust, And we start all over again, But this time we know Who our real teacher is We won’t lean on The wisdom of men. For man, even with His great teachings Cannot know what Is hidden inside. Only God knows what is expected As He fashions His own Spotless Bride. |
